Four Seasons

Each Four Seasons share gives you the exclusive occupancy right to four equal two-week periods every year in perpituity. Owning two weeks a year in each of the four seasons enables you to get away every season for two weeks in your own home in the sun.

Your two week period rotates to give you an equal share of that season, over six years and then starts again. You can use all the eight weeks yourself, for family or for friends – alternatively, the weeks can be let for rental income by Vigia Management Services.
